thanksgiving

yesterday was Thanksgiving a day full of driving, talking game playing and food :) The driving was worth it we went to Temple Square it was beautiful. We were there for a little over two hours. To explain all that this one saw would be impossible there were to many great and memorable sites to behold. One of the sculptures that I got to see I remember seeing once as a child was the statue of Christ. I remember when I was young that I sat at his feet and looked up at him. What an amazing feeling that is to just sit in a likeness of Him. I felt truly blessed. After that we took a long ride to my Aunts house I had not seen her in almost six months. We stayed over at her house for the night and then had Thanksgiving there. The food was amazing, the sweet potatoes were the best in my opinion. It was fun to look at old pictures and reminisce of old times. All in all I had a very good time just beenin' with my family.

I don't know about the rest of you "adults" (apparently that is what one becomes when they reach a curtain age -must of missed that boat) but this one loves to play games and no I'm not talking about the card games you play late at night. Noo..... this one is talking about 'hide and go seek' and... you know all those games you once played in the dark... oh the dark what a wonderful place. oh um right so yeah playing games.... so if you've read this far of if you just thought it would be nice to click on this well I'm sorry you might have spent some time you may never get back. *cue evil smile*
